"Rattlesnake" was originally recorded by Jack Van Cleaf, and released in March 2022 as a part of his Fruit from the Trees album. Zach Bryan is not only re-recording "Rattlesnake," but the track will be a duet with Jack Van Cleaf himself, who Bryan calls a "genius."

To Instagram, he posted a snippet of presumably the music video, with the beginning of the song. He said it's going to drop January 29.

In the caption, he wrote, "to become the best of friends with people through music in the city. think that may be the point of all this. Jack & me re-recorded one of the best written songs of all time (jack is a genius) and it's out on the 29th of January hope u guys listen to it."

This comes only days after "Blue Jean Baby" is slated to drop. Well, if the Eagles win their game on the weekend. Zach Bryan fans are going to be spoiled big time within the next week.
