Zach Top Refunds Tickets Despite Powering Through A Full Show While Ill

We're still in flu season folks, and another beloved country artist, Zach Top, has fallen ill, too. However, despite him being able to complete the show, he still promised to refund his audience.

This past couple of weeks, we've had artists have to call their show early due to feeling unwell. Parker McCollum had to end his show early when he couldn't push through a flu that made him violently unwell. He promised to refund the tickets before exiting the stage and throwing up in a bush.

It seems Zach Top has also become unwell, and it affected one of his performances. The 27-year-old is still on his Cold Beer & Country tour. When at his Dixie National Livestock Show in Jackson, Mississippi, the singer felt like his performance was undermined by being unwell.

Someone recorded his apology and promise of a refund and uploaded it to TikTok.

"We're gonna get it sorted out, and we're gonna get you your money back for tonight's show, because this is not the kind of show I want to put on," he said to the crowd. He promised that they'd be back real soon, and will put on a "real show."

Despite promising refunds and feeling unwell, he proceeded to play the rest of the set.

"We just got a couple songs left for you tonight, thank you so much for coming out here, and for making us feel like a million dollars."

Zach Top Continued To Perform Despite Illness After Promising To Refund Tickets

What a Top man.

He continued to share his appreciation for his audience as they cheered for him. The crowd had his back big time, and some people protested the idea of a refund.

"It blows my mind every night, this is all I ever wanted to do ever since I was a little kid," he continued. "And y'all are the reason I get to do this. So when I can't do that to the 100% of my ability, it ain't good enough for me."

"So, we're gonna get you all your money back for tonight's show."

Although you wouldn't expect anything less of the guy, his generosity is too much. I hope he feels better soon.
