Post Malone Has The Most Outrageous Nickname For Jelly Roll

This day and age, banter around the boys has changed a little. I've heard my male friends flirt harder with each other than with potential partners. All in good fun, of course.

And it turns out Post Malone is no different when it comes to Jelly Roll. It's pretty established now that Post Malone and Jelly Roll are pretty tight, as they're going on tour together this year. So it was only a matter of time before he developed a more... affectionate nickname.

Jelly Roll's wife, Bunnie XO, briefly interviewed many artists ahead of New Year's Eve Live: Nashville's Big Bash, including Post Malone on CMT. Posty had to pick questions out of a fishbowl and answer them, and he got some pretty good ones.

"What song is on your New Year's Eve playlist?" he read aloud. To answer, Bunnie XO sang a line from his recent song, "Losers," featuring none other than Big Jelly. "That's a great song," he replied.

To give an answer, Postnote said, ""Losers," with me and a very handsome gentleman. You might know him, his name's Jelly Roll."

Bunnie XO quickly added, "Daddy Roll," because of course she did. No shame, it's just very on-brand.

"Daddy Roll it is," Postcard confirmed with a wily smile.

Post Malone Probably Won't Hear The End Of This

Of course, Postpartum was just being playful and he isn't going to receive any actual flack for the joke. Knowing what Jelly's like, however, he'll probably bring it up next time they see each other. Now he's got two people calling him Daddy Roll.

The nickname got used again later in the interview, by Bunnie, of course.

"So Posty, a little birdy told me that you and Daddy Roll might be going on tour next year," she asked, which Postbox confirmed.

Of course, their interview was laden with curse words, which is funnier than it is shocking. I mean it's Bunnie XO and Postadolescent in the room together, of course they're going to swear. When he first slips a swear word, he asks the crew if it's alright and they don't seem to care. Although the editing had a lot more work on their hands.
