"I'm The Problem" is also the title of Wallen's upcoming tour. Wallen will hit the road on June 20 for his I'm The Problem Tour.
"This tour is named after my new album that I am still working on - I'm The Problem," Wallen
shares on social media. "Excited to tell y'all more about it soon.""Love Somebody"
The new song comes as Wallen is enjoying another reign at the top of the charts. The Tennessee native has a No. 1 hit in the country with "Love Somebody." The song, from I'm The Problem, debuted at the top of 11 charts in five countries. Those countries include United States, Canada, Ireland, Norway, and the UK Country Airplay chart.
"'Love Somebody' is a little bit of a new approach lyrically and sonically," Wallen admits. "I wanted to try something different, with what I wanted to talk about, how I wanted it to sound, and we were inspired by Latin-leaning influences. I'm really excited about this song and pumped that it is out."
"Love Somebody" is just part of a lengthy winning streak for Wallen. His massive I'm The Problem Tour includes Brooks & Dunn, Miranda Lambert, Thomas Rhett and Koe Wetzel among his opening acts. With a lot of highs and lows in recent years, Wallen is profoundly grateful for his career right now.
"As I sit here just a few weeks removed from one of the largest country music tours in history, I still can't really find the words to say how much me being able to say that means," he says. Wallen goes on to offer a heartfelt thanks to his fans who have been with him for the past decade.
"You know over the span of almost ten years, now, there were times in that period where I doubted myself," he remarks. "I doubted my voice. I doubted God's plan. ... My fans have made it abundantly clear that you want to hear my voice and you do care about it. So I just wanted you guys to know how much I appreciate that and how much your support and the passion for my music for me as a person, how much it truly means."
