"With this album, it's the most I've ever changed my show up of bringing in new songs off the album," Brown hints to Audacy. "We're going to go through a rollercoaster stage of hype songs. And then we're going to do this really cool thing where we do a campfire, and I talk about the songs, and I get really personal and close, which is what I used to do at the very beginning when I started out ... We're gonna bring some tears to the show."

Brown will be joined on his The High Road Tour by Scotty McCreery, Ashley Cooke, Mitchell Tenpenny and Dasha. He recently announced he is taking the tour overseas as well. Dasha and Dylan Schneider will serve as the opening acts for the overseas leg of Brown's The High Road Tour. Brown's international tour begins on September 30 in Germany.

The High Road Album

Brown's The High Road album was released in January. His most personal and honest record to date, Brown included a song, named "3," about his three children.

"3 has always been a very special number in my life just as I'm sure you can think of your number right now," Brown shares. "You never know how your special number will show up either. Maybe you use it to hit the lottery, maybe you use it as a lock code for your phone ... For me, it was my lucky number in sports.

"And just when I think I'm finished using the number it pops in my life in the most special way possible, and I had my third beautiful child," he adds. "Hopefully, your lucky number brings something special for you."

The High Road also includes "Haunted," a song about depression he sings with Jelly Roll.

"The hardest thing right now is just because I'm going through it," Brown admits to  American Songwriter. "And I have a beautiful family that I need to be here for."
