Blake Shelton recently opened up about his thoughts on his recent single "Let Him In Anyway." It turns out Hardy is a co-writer on it.

It's easy to assume that a singer writes all of their own songs, or at least had a hand in their creation. In the industry, however, you've got singers, and you've got songwriters. Although most who sing also write, they won't necessarily write all of their own songs.
But any singer who also writes won't cut all of their own songs. Tracks are being passed around in Nashville like anyone's business.
Recently, it was revealed that Hardy actually wrote Morgan Wallen's "I'm A Little Crazy." And with Blake Shelton getting candid about "Let Him In Anyway," it turns out that Hardy co-wrote the song.
"Hardy is actually a co-writer on the song, he's a friend of mine," Blake Shelton shared to his Instagram.
Many may pass Hardy off as an average country rock star, but he has a lot more depth to him than people may assume. And "I'm A Little Crazy" and "Let Him In Anyway" put this on clear display.
"Let Him In Anyway" is a deep and powerful song, and Blake Shelton himself only had positive things to say about it.
Blake Shelton Speaks On Recent Single
"'Let Him In Anyway' is one of the more powerful lyrics, and just overall pieces of music that I've ever gotten a chance to work on," Shelton shared.
"I've just never heard a song quite like it. I don't think this song has ever been written before, anything like it."
"Whenever I heard it, and got a chance to record it, I absolutely was honored, and I'm really proud of the record that we made on it," he concluded.
It is a uniquely humbling song. And I'm completely unsurprised that the writer of "I'm A Little Crazy" and "Screens" can help produce such sincere lyrics. Again, I find myself unsurprised that Hardy had a hand in a song's creation.
Hardy himself has been teasing his upcoming music and gearing up for his Jim Bob World Tour. I'm excited to hear more music from the man himself.
