Tim McGraw is a certified wife guy. I mean, he fell in love with his woman and fellow country star Faith Hill off of a photograph alone. He would do anything for the love of his life and he means anything. It's incredibly beautiful the way that the country crooner loves and adores his ol' lady, the kind of bond you aspire to have with someone in your own life. The reason McGraw would do anything for Faith is because he argues she saved him from going down a bad path.

Recently, he spoke with Tracy Lawrence for his Road House podcast. There, he candidly speaks about his relationship with his wife Faith Hill and how they met. McGraw notes that meeting Hill saved him from a life of debauchery, taming a wild man from his crazy habits. Now, he wouldn't trade what he has for the entire world.

"I've been lucky. I've been very fortunate. First off, meeting my wife saved my life. I was a wild man," McGraw explains. "I was having fun. "She turned my life around. I couldn't have found a better woman. Not only beautiful and talented, but just a good, good person. And then having our daughters, it's life-changing. They make you a better person, and they certainly calm the demons in you."
To really hammer home how appreciative he is of Hill, McGraw argues that the peak of his career is his performances with her. Not only could they say they got to see the world together but they got to do it at the peak of their careers too. "The Soul2Soul tours with Faith, for a couple of reasons, because it's rare that people get to do that in this business, that a husband and wife get to go on tour at the pinnacle of their careers and get to do stuff together," McGraw says.
"More importantly, she makes me a better artist every time I have to sing with her. Because to me, I think Faith, when you listen to her music and you listen to her albums, I think she is probably one of the best singers in the world," McGraw adds. "She just really has such a soulful voice, and her musical taste is just so incredible."
