Ella Langley has had a lot of highs and lows in her career. And unfortunately for Langley, one of her best and worst days took place at the same time, at the recent 2025 ACM Awards. What should have been a pinnacle for Langley was also a challenging day for her, due to her struggles with her mental health, something she has bravely opened up about in the past.

In a recent interview with Taste of Country Nights, Langley was asked about her best and worst days in her career, with a surprising answer.
"I'm gonna say that both of those is the same day, probably the awards show," the 26-year-old says. "I just had a tough week that week. I know I've expressed that."
Langley was the most-nominated artist heading into the ACM Awards. She also walked away with the most wins, with five trophies.
Ella Langley Opens Up About Her Mental Health Struggles
Langley isn't shying away from being vocal about her mental health struggles, revealing it's something that is unfortunately part of her DNA.
"I won't lie, this last week has been probably one of the toughest mental health weeks I've had in a long, in a long time," Langley told Audacy after her big wins. "Which is crazy because so many good things are happening, so many things I've prayed for and dreamed about. It's just a struggle. It's a disease in my family, really.
"I think it's important to talk about it and to share that, just because I might seem like that, I'm on top of a mountain right now, [it] doesn't look like that all the time," she remarks.
Aside from the multiple trophies, Langley says there were other highlights of that evening.
"I got to get up and sing 'Kerosene' with Miranda Lambert, and I met so many people I've looked up to my whole life," Langley says. "I mean, Brooks & Dunn were sitting behind me, passing popcorn back and forth, it was just crazy! Reba, I met her too.
"That day is the brightest of my career, but it's also the darkest," she adds.
Langley's struggles with her mental health have also made her stronger in her faith.
"God has chosen you," she says. "I have gotten so close with him in these past few months."
