When fans become unruly at concerts, they sometimes start throwing things on stage.

For a time, those objects were pretty harmless. What singer wouldn't mind a bouquet of flowers at their feet? Who wouldn't want a letter from an admirer? Elvis surely must have had a bra or underwear tossed at his feet. Even Morgan Wallen caught a red, lacy underthing at a show in New Jersey last year.
In recent years, attendees have thrown cans of beer, bracelets, and other items onto the stage at shows. It's gotten to the point where artists like Zach Bryan have had to stop a set. He then told the audience to stop it so no one performing gets hurt.
However, we really don't know what to say about what a fan threw in Riley Green's direction at the Windy City Smokeout outside the United Center in Chicago on July 13.
She Threw What?
Green claims he's a single man. He's also not dating his "You Look Like You Love Me" duet partner Ella Langley. However, he has been known to get his female fans riled up at shows. But as evidenced by this post on The Country Wire's socials, one audience member decided to take things up a notch.
" data-instgrm-version="14" style=" background:#FFF; border:0; border-radius:3px; box-shadow:0 0 1px 0 rgba(0,0,0,0.5),0 1px 10px 0 rgba(0,0,0,0.15); margin: 1px; max-width:540px; min-width:326px; padding:0; width:99.375%; width:-webkit-calc(100% - 2px); width:calc(100% - 2px);">The picture shows the singer, dressed like a '90s George Strait fan, holding up... a nipple cover!?
You can see the wheels turning in Green's head as he tries to figure out what he's holding in his hands.
Green Took It All in Stride
The good news about this incident is that no one got hurt. Green didn't even have to stop his set. However, fans took a moment to share their opinions in the comments, and they were just as amusing as the picture.
"That look of confusion...priceless. ?," one fan noted.
"Bless his heart! Looks like he has no idea what he is looking at and is traumatized," a commenter said with a laugh emoji.
One user said, "OMG seriously come on ladies have a little pride in yourself!!"
"Just flash like decent concert-goers do," commented another.
Maybe fans should stick to flowers at the next show.
