The signs, which simply read "Pray for Plagues," have quickly sparked speculation among the band's fanbase about what could be coming next.
Bring Me The Horizon Spark Buzz With Cryptic Billboards
The slogan references Bring Me The Horizon's debut single "Pray for Plagues". The track was released on their 2006 debut album Count Your Blessings.
With the album's 20th anniversary approaching this year, fans have begun speculating about a potential reissue or special project tied to the milestone.
"It's more than likely an anniversary album, but I hope it's a throwback show," one fan said on Instagram.
"Album re-release. Unsurprising," another fan suggested.
"A 20th anniversary of an album they try and hide from will be an interesting celebration," another fan added.
The buzz also comes amid the band's long evolution in sound. Over the years, Bring Me The Horizon have moved away from their early deathcore roots, transitioning into a more mainstream rock direction.
That shift became evident with Sempiternal in 2013. Before continuing with the more polished rock sound of That's The Spirit in 2015. The pop and electronic influences of Amo in 2019 then followed.
Band's Evolution Leaves Early Material Off Recent Setlists
More recently, the band have reintroduced heavier elements through their Post Human series. This includes the releases of Post Human: Survival Horror in 2020 and Post Human: Next Gen in 2024.
Despite that, older material has largely disappeared from their live shows.
During their last performance at the Intuit Dome in Inglewood in October 2025, no songs from before Sempiternal were included in the 17-track setlist.
Bring Me The Horizon continue to enjoy global success, highlighted by a major U.S. arena tour last year.
They are set to return to North America in 2026, beginning with a show at the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles on April 23.
A headline performance at Madison Square Garden is scheduled for May 2. This is alongside several high-profile festival appearances.
Coinciding with the cryptic billboards, the band releasedL.I.V.E. In São Paulo (Live Immersive Virtual Experiment) on April 10.
The project captures their biggest-ever headline show at Allianz Parque Stadium in São Paulo, Brazil. The venue holds up to 55,000 fans.
