A Very Partied-Out Kid Rock Greets Police Officers In Heartfelt Moment

Kid Rock was captured on camera paying his respects to law enforcement on his way out of a bar on New Year's Eve.

The country singer is a polarizing figure, being an outward Trump supporter. Speaking of, one thing he's never been shy about is supporting the men and women in blue and the military.

While enjoying the revelry in Nashville on New Year's Eve, Kid Rock made sure to shake the hands of four officers standing to attention on his way to a car. The video was captured by a fan and posted online, and it's been making the rounds.

Whiskeyriff reports that Kid Rock had just left Jelly Roll's new bar, "Goodnight Nashville," which was hosting a VIP party to bring in the new year. And before that, he was performing at his own Broadway bar to a packed audience.

Quite the busy night.

Despite being likely drunk, or at least a little buzzed, Kid Rock made sure to pay tribute to those standing guard.

Kid Rock Shakes The Hands Of Four Officers On New Year's Eve

The moment he saw the officers, he extended his hand. In sequence, he shook their hands, one of the other as he came across them. They seemed pretty happy with the gesture, smiling and sometimes chuckling.

After, he bee-lined to his waiting vehicle, the partying over.

He had a slight sway in his step, hilariously showing that no matter how drunk and desperate to get home he is, Kid Rock will always make sure to show his appreciation. Whether you hate him or love him, this kind of respect is commendable.

What's less commendable but even funnier, is how he proceeded to greet the crowd. On the way to the car, he didn't stop to talk. But when sat in the car, he made sure to wave them goodbye... right before flipping them the bird. Classic.

He laughed it off, showing his good intentions, then did it again right after.
