Keeping up with the Cyrus family drama can be incredibly disorienting. It's almost like faction warfare; who wants to support Billy Ray and who opposes him? Then there are your independents like Miley who want absolutely nothing to do with this absolute mess. It's incredibly exhausting as a spectator. Moreover, it doesn't seem like the "Achy Breaky Heart" crooner has any allies on his side. At the very least, he has someone in his family standing by him.

Recently, Billy Ray's daughter Noah Cyrus posted on Instagram to celebrate her dad (captured by PEOPLE). She applauds his latest single in a public display of affection. It's not much but it shows that there's seemingly no resentment on her side of the fence. "So proud of my Dad's INCREDIBLE new single LOST with my good, old friend [Sam Tinnesz] and [Tommee Profitt]," Noah writes.

This comes as a stark contrast to what Trace Cyrus was explaining before on Instagram. Apparently, Billy Ray is quite the absentee in Noah's life according to her brother. "Me and the girls have been genuinely worried about you for years but you've pushed us all away," he writes. "Noah desperately has wanted you to be a part of her life and you haven't even been there for her. That's your baby girl. She deserves better. Somehow just like me she still idolizes you though."
Conversely, Billy Ray Cyrus cryptically posts about his family through YouTube clips. In the caption for a YouTube short for "Somebody Said a Prayer," he says that he's taking the praying route. "Sunday callin. Giving thanks for the California Rain. Praying for the brokenhearted and their pain. Praying for my family. For my children ... sons and daughters...and their mother. Let this moment be the start of healing for us all. 'The past does not equal the future.' Amen," Cyrus writes in the caption.
