Brandi Glanville has not had the best year. The reality star has been dealing with a facial disfigurement, believed to be caused by a parasite, for over a year now. Glanville revealed that it has affected her love life in a pretty dire way.

She hasn't been intimate with anyone since 2023.
"I have s-t to do. I have places to go. People to make out with," she said on her "Brandi Glanville Unfiltered" podcast. "I have not had sex since last October - I haven't kissed [or] made out with anyone - I haven't socialized, really."
Her doctor, Dr. Tery Dubrow, said that she could have the facial disfigurement for five years. It's affected her mentally in a lot of ways.

"Five years is way too long for me to wait," she said. Glanville revealed that she's been hiding herself from the world, causing her isolation "f-king misery." She doesn't want anyone to see her due to her physical deformity.
So far, medical experts have ben perplexed by her facial disfigurement.
"I have four different opinions from these four different great doctors of what it could possibly be," Glanville said. "So if they're perplexed, I'm perplexed, and there is no answer right now, you know? That's it."
Basically, the reality star says that her face is "f-ked." But she's trying to stay positive despite everything that is going on.
"It is what it is. I had 50 good years. That's what I keep telling myself," she added.
She's also optimistic, saying that her doctors are "still working on it." The reality star also took the time to discuss the idea that a parasite may have caused the deformity. Doctors believe that parasites may have affected the tissue of the face.
"I prefer [my face] when it's a little swollen, to be honest," she explained. "When it's only swollen on one side, it's not great. But the sinking in thing is killing me slowly, because I just feel like I look like a crackhead."
However, Glanville says that there are days where she seems normal but it doesn't last.
