Jason Aldean and his family live in a sprawling 150-acre complex near Nashville with every amenity you can possibly think of.

They moved into what they call the "Night Train Ranch" in 2020. After driving up the extremely long driveway, you'll see a 20,000-square-foot mansion with floor-to-ceiling windows, a two-story closet, a stage for his kids, a bowling alley, a fountain, and a waterfall. There's even a saltwater pool that may or may not have been peed in.
Inside, there is a large foyer with bright chandeliers. The kitchen has white cabinets, counters, and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances. Word is there is even a "piggy Taj Mahal" being built for the family's pet swine, Betty.
The master bedroom has an extremely large headboard and a lighting fixture that, if it were to fall from the ceiling, could cause serious injury to anyone sleeping in it.
This impressive Nashville ranch is only one of the Aldeans' properties. They also own homes in Florida and the Bahamas.
All this luxury leads us to wonder why Jason's wife, Brittany, posted a picture of blueprints captioned "new house meetings are my fav" on her now-expired Instagram stories. With all the extravagance in their existing homes, could the Aldeans simply be renovating, or are they actually considering another move?
Is Jason Aldean Leaving His House, or Just Building a New One?
Based on the caption, it appears the Aldeans may be moving on up to some even bigger digs.
But we can't confirm or deny anything at this point. What we do know is that if these blueprints come to life, the new place may be even larger than their current home. For example, it looks like the plans include four fireplaces!
Regardless of their plans, Jason can certainly afford it, as he remains just as relevant as when he started two decades ago.
Recently, in September, Jason signed a $250 million publishing deal with BMG. That includes over 1,000 songs from 23 artists and songwriters. It was the single largest catalog acquisition in the label's history.
On the significance of the deal, Aldean said, "Knowing all of my music is in the hands of my long-time label team makes this a full-circle moment, and I'm proud to have my songs continue their journey with them through this next chapter."
