Ella Langley Reveals The Trick She Used to Perform With Morgan Wallen

Ella Langley is part of what will likely be the biggest tour of 2025, at least in country music. Langley is serving as the opening act for some of the shows on Morgan Wallen's I'm The Problem Tour, where she also gets to perform with the superstar.

Langley is singing the part of Tate McRae, from Wallen's massive I'm The Problem album. McRae joins Wallen for a song called "What I Want." Langley is already used to performing in front of large crowds, but perhaps not quite as big as the stadiums

With that in mind, Langley unashamedly shares a video of her writing the lyrics on her hand, making sure her performance is flawless. Fortunately, the trick works, and Langley also shows a clip of her singing the song with Wallen.

Ella Langley's Dream Collaboration

Langley undoubtedly loves getting the chance to sing with Wallen. But her dream collaboration isn't with a country music artist. In fact, the 26-year-old says if she could sing with anyone in the world, it would be a rock music icon.

"I grew up on so many different types of music. But probably the most out of anyone ever would be Stevie Nicks," Langley tells Taste of Country Nights

Langley wrote all the songs on her Hungover album, as well as Still Hungover, the deluxe version. But if Langley could sing with the 77-year-old, she'd gladly give up any songwriting credit.

"I don't care who wrote it, as long as I got to sing with Stevie Nicks," she adds.

Langley is of course no stranger to collaborations. She has two hit singles with Riley Green, both "Don't Mind If I Do" and "You Look Like You Love Me." She recently got to cross another duet off of her bucket list, when she sang "Kerosene" with Miranda Lambert, at the recent ACM Awards.

"Performing 'Kerosene,' I already knew that I was going to do 'Weren't for the Wind,'" Langley tells People. "But when we got asked to do 'Kerosene,' God, I was like, 'It just made the night so much better for me because I got that initial fear out' — and that was our first time performing together. It felt like a 12-year-old kid living her biggest dream ever on stage."
