We all thought it was over for the Hawk Tuah girl after her crypto scam scandal, but she's back from the dead, and Glen Powell is offering her an olive branch with his

At present, we are obsessed with turning incredibly normal people into viral sensations. We have people like the Costco Guys and the Hawk Tuah girl, raking in millions of viewers despite having little to nothing to contribute to the world.

Typically, once our collective 5-second attention span gets bored, we will all move on to the next microcelebrity. We all realize that they aren't actually that interesting past their initial viral tagline. Within a month or two, it's onto the next fixation, and the previous one is dropped.

However, despite only being known for making a lewd reference during an interview, the Hawk Tuah girl refuses to let her fifteen minutes go. She started one of the most inane podcasts on record and somehow became more than she ever deserved to be.

She sabotaged her tentative rise to fame, however, with a crypto scam that lost many people thousands of dollars. The scheme, known as a rug pull, had people investing money into a cryptocurrency only to have the initial investors withdraw their ill-gotten gains. She was cleared of all responsibility, though.

We thought the shame of being duped into being the face of a scam would be the end of Haliey Welch. But she's not done yet, and Glen Powell is breathing one last breath into talentless Hawk Tuah girl with his comedy show.

Hawk Tuah Girl Cast In Chad Powers With Glen Powell

Glen Powell is making massive moves in the film and TV industry. He is going from strength to strength, and rightly so. He's got a unique look, and he's great to watch on the screen. He has range and talent. But, Hawk Tuah girl doesn't honestly seem to have any of these things.

She has, regardless, been cast in the upcoming Chad Powers show. She's certainly making the most of her 15 minutes of fame. Now that she's thrown off the scam allegations, she's back on the horse. This could be the beginning of her acting career, but I pray that it isn't. I don't have a problem with Haliey Welch personally; I just hate our obsession with mediocrity.
