Here’s What Hulk Hogan Left in His Will (And Who Is and Isn’t a Beneficiary)

A recent report shows Hulk Hogan left nearly $5 million in assets. This is according to court documents filed by his son Nick on Tuesday, Sep. 9.

As reported by US WeeklyNick was also listed in the will as the sole beneficiary of the wrestler's estate. A beneficiary is someone who is legally entitled to receive assets from a will. The contents include nearly $800,000 in personal and intellectual property, $200,000 in cryptocurrency, and his right to publicity, which is valued at $4 million.

Also listed was an unknown amount for a medical malpractice lawsuit. A police investigation showed that Hulk's phrenic nerve, which is central to breathing, was "compromised," with an occupational therapist on site calling it medical malpractice.

What About Brooke, the Daughter of Hulk Hogan?

Brooke, Hulk Hogan's daughter and his only other child, was not named as a beneficiary to his estate. The two were estranged in the years before Hulk's death.

Two years ago, Brooke requested to be removed from her father's will, stating that she "didn't trust a single person" close to him and wanted to avoid a legal battle.

At her request, Hulk amended his will on July 23 to remove Brooke as a beneficiary. He sent money to Brooke through a life insurance trust, which TMZ reports will be used to fund her children's education.

Last month, we reported that Brooke thinks there may be more behind her father's death than she initially understood.

Hulk's cause of death was reported as a heart attack. However, Brooke was told by those allegedly with her dad the day he died that body cam footage and the 911 tapes could "alter the course of the narrative."

What About Sky Daily, Hulk Hogan's Wife?

Sky Daily married Hulk in 2023. In a social media post, she wrote she "truly believed" he would overcome the health issues that led to his death earlier this year.

"This loss is sudden and impossible to process," she added. "To the world, he was a legend... but to me, he was my Terry. The man I loved. My partner. My heart."

Daily was designated as a "surviving spouse" in Hulk's will. This isn't the same as a beneficiary to an estate. While it protects Daily's spousal rights and grants her certain property and tax rights or benefits, the designated beneficiary can overrule her regarding inheritance laws.

Currently, it's unclear what Hulk left to Daily.
