Upon the police's arrival, Jillian was armed with a handgun. According to reports, she refused to put the weapon down and discharged the weapon—allegedly firing at police.
In the episode, Zak Baggins details how Jillian gave him serial killer Samuel Little's ashes. She also gave him hand-drawn portraits of Little's victims. Little had left both items to Jill after she'd previously written a book about him.
In the episode, Baggins places the items inside his Las Vegas Haunted Mansion. Shortly after, strange things began to happen, and, as you would expect, Jillian reacted accordingly. According to TMZ, the episode was filmed in November 2024, just a few months before Jillian's standoff with the police.
The episode featuring Jillian is set to air on Wednesday, Dec. 24 on Discovery+.
Jillian Shriner Recently Filed for Divorce
A recent report via TMZ has noted that Jillian has filed for divorce from her husband, Scott. She's citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for the separation.
Jillian is seeking joint custody for the two children the couple shares. In a document obtained by TMZ, she has also filled in the section that requests spousal support, while filling for the court to reject a similar claim from Scott himself.
The couple got married in Hawaii in 2005. No date of separation has been listed on the document.
Jillian Shriner Was Recently Diagnosed With Cancer
In March 2025, Jillian annouced that she's been diagnosed with Cancer. The announcement came via an Instagram post.
"Yes, I have a little bit of the C word y'all. I know a lot of us do," Jillian captioned. "I'm here to thank the incredible oncology team here, who pulled me through a complicated operation without a hitch. I am always so grateful for every second of the compassionate, and excellent medical care I receive in my life. Thank you to all the remarkable health care workers, who take our lives in your hands. And let's all breathe."
Jillian has navigated a tough year. As such, she may choose to avoid the upcoming episode of "Ghost Adventures." After all, by the sounds of things, it was quite an ordeal.
