John Daly Breaks Silence After Being Hospitalized For Medical Emergency

Many were worried after famous professional golfer, John Daly, shared that he had to undergo emergency hand surgery. After he posted a picture of him in a hospital bed, Daly didn't update his followers on what exactly happened or how he was doing, Instead, Daly, a vocal Donald Trump supporter, shared the TIME magazine cover of Trump sweeping the Resolute desk clear.

John Daly posted the cover on social media a day before Donald Trump's second inauguration. "LFGGGGGG God Bless America!" wrote Daly with the cover of Trump arriving at the Oval Office, ready to bring "disruption" back to the White House.

Some of his followers asked about his health status, others wished Daly the best. Others joined Daly's celebration and some criticized him for supporting Trump. "America is back!" one user wrote. Another one said: "DJT is a convicted felon and is only ever out for himself. I'm sorry you've fallen for his schemes."

Moments after Donald Trump won the 2024 Presidential Election, John Daly celebrated his victory. "Our country needs Daddy Trump, and what he did.... [when] he became president, our 45th... What he did for four years was a miracle," Daly said, according to the Daily Mail. "He got us out of a lot of a lot of things. All he wants to do is protect our country. It's like we want to protect our kids and our family. Daddy Trump wants to protect America, and he's going to do it again"

Daly Emergency Surgery

On Tuesday, January 14, John Daly posted a photo of him in a hospital bed. "Thank you to Doc McClimans for getting me mended back!" Daly wrote on Instagram. "Should be hitting em again soon! Thx for all the messages."

This came months after Daly's house was destroyed as a result of Hurricane Helene. "I'm just glad everyone is healthy, that's the main thing," he told to PGA Tour. "You live in Florida, you have to understand that's going to happen, but not like this. I didn't think it would be this bad. The memories is what you miss when you lose something like that."
