Kane Brown Shows Off Impressive Changes To His Body After 4 Months

It's been four months since Kane Brown devoted himself to becoming the fittest version of himself, and his hard work is paying off. Brown shares a new video on social media, showing his impressive strength.

"4 months and 1 week in on bettering my self," Brown writes. "You just have to want it!"

Part of Brown's physical transformation began with a 60-hour fast, which he announced in April.

"First meal, chicken and broccoli," he said, showing a photo of his healthy meal. "Notice I did not touch the barbecue sauce. Put a little pepper on there. Felt like my throat was about to close up for some reason. I don't know. Maybe I'm in my head. But, I'm about to be a lean, mean, ripped machine. Let's get it."

How Kane Brown Is Getting So Strong

Brown is becoming the best version of himself, at least physically, that he can possibly be. For the father of three, that includes a pretty restrictive diet. But for Brown, the results are worth it.

"No fast food, no sugar, chicken, turkey, rice and potatoes," Brown divulges (via Holler). "On re-feed days, asparagus. I work out every day, run a mile every day, push myself. I want to look like a plastic toy soldier".

It might be challenging for Brown physically, but he says it is equally challening mentally, and maybe even more.

"I just want it to be where you can see every muscle in my body," he reveals. "It was a huge mental thing too. I was kind of in a rough spot, mentally. I don't want to bring anyone down, cause I'm trying to rebrand myself".

Brown has been vocal about his mental challenges. The 31-year-old has been open about his battle with depression, which he details in a song, "Haunted," on his latest The High Road record.

"I'm still haunted," Brown tells American Songwriter. "I still have all these crazy feelings of hurting myself and doing the worst things. Money does not solve your problems."

Brown sings "Haunted" with Jelly Roll, a song he hopes inspires others.

"I hope it will give awareness to other people," Brown says. "One of the main things is actually talking about it. If you don't talk about it, that's what makes it dangerous. If nobody knows, nobody can help you."
