Whenever anyone sees Yellowstone, they instantly think of the show that's only recently come to a controversial end. Well, Kevin Costner is returning to Yellowstone without having to worry about Sheridan's ego.

In a new show coming to Fox Nation, Kevin Costner will be braving the path of the 1903 Yosemite expedition. It was famously traveled by President Theodore Roosevelt and environmental advocate John Muir.

Yosemite To Yellowstone With Kevin Costner is premiering on Fox Nation on February 8.

It's a three-part series, just like his previous show Yellowstone: One-Fifty, that aired in 2022. This show also kicks off the streaming platform's "America 250" campaign." This is a year-long celebration aiming to celebrate the United States turning 250 years old.

And who better to celebrate this with than Kevin Costner?

Commenting on this, Lauren Petterson, president of the streaming platform, said, "Kevin Costner has a unique ability to capture the American experience and captivate an audience through his extraordinary storytelling." He added, "There is no filmmaker that better embodies the spirit of America 250 than Costner."

Kevin Costner Explores The Preservation Of Yellowstone

Commenting on the show, Kevin Costner said, "Once in a while, you come across a story that has that truly special mix of elements; it's stranger than fiction and happens against all odds. It results in something that legitimately changes the world for the good and, most importantly, it all really happened."

"The story of President Teddy Roosevelt and John Muir's camping trip through Yosemite is one of those truly special ones, and I'm excited to dig into the next chapter of the preservation of the American frontier," he continued.

"Throughout the voyage, Costner explores the region's rich Indigenous American legacy, the serendipitous arrival of outsiders in 1850, and how John Muir evolved into a crusader for our wildest places," the show is officially described.

The show promises to be a riveting tale of the history of Yellowstone. But this time without the strange strip poker.
