"I mean, Miranda [Lambert] was that person for me," Wilson says on Country Nights Live with Bev Rainey. "And I know that she is also that person for Ella, too."

It's because of people like Lambert, and others, that Wilson now wants to help rising stars like Langley.

"I just think about the wisdom that people have passed on to me," Wilson says. "Folks like Miranda and Reba [McEntire] and Wynonna [Judd], and all the ladies. It's weird. We've all experienced the same thing. It's been completely different times. It's just important. You've got to pass on that wisdom. You can't keep it all for yourself. It's like these people have been more than willing to just pour loads of wisdom into me."

It's easy for Wilson to help Langley, since they have also become close friends.

"I love Ella," Wilson gushes. "She is like a sister, and I just see her, and I think she's one of the most talented people in this business. And so it's important for me to check in on her, and just be there for her if she needs me."

Lainey Wilson Is Honored To Help Other Artists

Langley isn't the only artist Wilson wants to pour into right now. She also supports Megan Moroney, who, like Langley, is having plenty of success in country music right now.

"I'm buddies with Megan Moroney (and) Ella Langley," Wilson tells iHeartCountry. "To watch their stars just soaring, it's really, really cool to see. And at times, I wanna just pour out as much as I possibly can to them and be like, 'Don't you miss this moment,' you know? 'Be present. Do whatever you gotta do to soak it in and celebrate these times. And then get ready for the next one, because it's going to be right around the corner quicker than you can even realize it just happened.'

"So, my advice to them is really just to keep your head down and work hard," she adds. "But also...acknowledge that their hard work has gotten them to this point. ... And not letting the voices of the world get them down."
