Lainey Wilson Is Holding Off For A Bit On Wedding Plans
Wilson, 33. strikes me as a strong, smart, independent woman who knows her own mind. I definitely got that impression when I read what she said about her wedding plans. Understandably Wilson wants to do everything right for her big day. But there is another motivation she has for taking it slowly.
Per Country Living, she said, "[Duck] is gonna kill me, but I told I'm gonna make him wait. He made me wait for 4 years. I'm gonna make him wait before we start planning this thing. We hadn't really covered any ground on it just yet, but we're taking our time and it's gonna be right and it's gonna be beautiful and, you know, what it's supposed to be about."
What Isn't On Hold Is Her Accelerating Career
Wilson is hot news these days. Her single, "Somewhere Over Laredo," from her Whirlwind album is out. It's a homage to "Somewhere Over the Rainbow," the beloved Judy Garland song from The Wizard of Oz. She co-wrote it. Wilson is on tour too for the next several months, And there is a film in the works as well. Per the outlet, she will be on the silver screen next year in a movie called Reminders of Him, alongside Bradley Whitford and Lauren Graham.
