A process server was arrested the morning of Sep. 15 after allegedly jumping the fence at Travis Kelce's estate in Leawood, Kansas. He is suspected of trying to serve Taylor Swift, Kelce's fiancée, with deposition papers on behalf of director Justin Baldoni's legal team.

Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift Were Believed To Be Home
According to PEOPLE, the suspect has been identified as 48-year-old Justin Lee Fisher. He was charged with "jumping the fence onto a private residence in a private neighborhood." Kelce and Swift were believed to be home at the time of the incident.
Further complicating the investigation, details were missing from the one-page police report. According to Star, the report stated in bold letters, "This information is restricted as to use and dissemination."
Why Would Baldoni Want To Depose Swift?
Actress Blake Lively sued Baldoni, his co-workers at Wayfarer Studios, publicist, and PR team. She claimed they created a smear campaign after she claimed she was sexually harassed on the set of It Ends With Us. Baldoni responded by countersuing for $400 million against Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, for allegations of defamation and extortion.
Where does Swift fit in? She is a friend of Lively, and her song, "My Tears Ricochet," is featured in the film. As we reported in May, her team issued the following statement regarding the lawsuit.
"Taylor Swift never set foot on the set of this movie, she was not involved in any casting or creative decisions, she did not score the film, she never saw an edit or made any notes on the film, she did not even see It Ends With Us until weeks after its public release," it says. "[Swift] was traveling around the globe during 2023 and 2024 headlining the biggest tour in history."
"Given that her involvement was licensing a song for the film, which 19 other artists also did, this document subpoena is designed to use Taylor Swift's name to draw public interest by creating tabloid clickbait instead of focusing on the facts of the case," the statement concludes.
Swift Never Agreed to a Deposition
PEOPLE added that Baldoni's lawyer requested more time to depose Swift. He claimed she had agreed to appear but could not until Oct. 20 due to "preexisting professional obligations." But Swift's attorney told a different story.
"My client did not agree to a deposition, but if she is forced into a deposition, we advised (after first hearing about the deposition just three days ago) that her schedule would accommodate the time required during the week of Oct. 20 if the parties were able to work out their disputes. We take no role in those disputes," they wrote.
