Tim McGraw Praises Wife Faith Hill on Her Birthday: “My Everything”

Tim McGraw paid tribute to his wife Faith Hill with an emotional message over Instagram, and fans of both singers loved it.

Faith Hill turned 58 on Sunday, Sep. 12, and her husband, Tim McGraw, made sure everyone knew how much she means to him.

Posting a portrait of the "This Kiss" singer straight from her 1990s heyday, McGraw wrote quite the emotional tribute:

"My soulmate
My rock
My force of nature
My everything
This is the best damn person that there is
Her heart is pure gold
Her love is unconditional
Her love is bigger than the universe
I love this woman
Happy birthday my love
And yes, I married waaaayyy above my head!"

Before his heartfelt online tribute, McGraw expressed his admiration for Hill during his appearance on the red carpet of the 2025 iHeartRadio Music Festival. He referred to the birthday and said, "She's the queen." He also told the audience later that night that they "can call me Faith's husband. I like that better."

The Daughter of Tim McGraw and Faith Hill Also Had Something To Say

Their daughter Audrey, 23, commented, "I love y'all so much," with three heart emojis.

Audrey is one of McGraw and Hill's three daughters, along with 28-year-old Gracie and 27-year-old Maggie.

McGraw and Hill were married in October 1996 and have been inseparable ever since. They've worked together on concert tours and albums. They even acted together on the Yellowstone spin-off, 1883.

The Couple Were Also Spotted Abroad Earlier This Year

Despite recovering from surgery on his back, neck, and both of his knees, McGraw and Hill traveled to Copenhagen earlier this year to see Audrey perform with Brandi Carlile. At that time, McGraw shared a photo of himself with a cane, with Hill's head on his shoulder.

In July, we reported that McGraw's recovery was progressing well, largely due to his strong focus on his health.

"I just try to take care of myself the best I can," McGraw explains. "Try to keep myself in shape, try to eat as good as I can when I'm touring. Of course, I have to have my cheat dates as well. But I just try to keep everything loose and limber. And of course, I've had a foot broken three times, knee surgeries, elbow surgeries, back surgeries. So, I try to do it as hard as I can, but without hurting myself too bad."

With Hill's continued support, McGraw's journey to recovery is undoubtedly a little easier.
