In a large ziploc bag combine the dove breast, red wine vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and salt and pepper. Marinade the dove breast for about 2 hours, flipping the bag halfway through. Preheat your grill to medium heat and oil grate. Grill for 4-6 minutes on each side. Remove from grill and set aside.
For The Salad
In a large bowl toss together the avocado, grapefruit, orange, and mixed greens. In a small bowl whisk together the red wine vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, and pour over salad. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with dove breast and serve.
Notes
Chop the dove breast into slices for easier serving.
Segment the citrus by slicing away the skin and using a paring knife to cut each section of the fruit.
