In a medium saucepan over medium heat, whisk together all ingredients. Bring to a simmer then remove from heat. Chill until needed.
Notes
This creamer stays fresh as long as the date indicates on the half-and-half container.
If you do not have half-and-half, use 1 1/2 cups heavy cream and 1 1/2 cups milk.
