When someone questioned her sobriety during a trip to Rome, she clapped back real quick.
Recently, someone commented on the fact that Bunnie's teenage stepdaughter, Bailee Ann, was calling her "mom" by noting, "She's your stepdaughter. Remember that."
You know that wasn't going to sit well with Bunnie, so she took to TikTok to clear some things up.
Bunnie XO Said the Commenter Was Right
The clip, captioned "#baileeandbunnie," shows the duo walking down a hallway in slow motion to the song "Blurry" by Puddle of Mudd.
(Side note: If someone created a procedural teaming these two up to solve crimes in Nashville, we would totally watch it.)
She then wrote her scathing response over the image. It actually began by saying the commenter had a point.
"You're right — I'm NOT her mom & would never want to be. Her mom isn't a mom," she said.
Then came the fire: "I fiercely protect this little girl, I teach her how to be a woman, I have always picked up the pieces of her broken heart alongside her dad, every time her real mom shatters her heart."
"I'm the one she gets mad at because I tell her no & actually parent her," added Bunnie.
She ended the 36-second video by saying it was Bailee Ann's choice to call her mom.
"I never asked her to call me that," she said.
Bunnie Has Always Been There for Bailee
Back in February, Bunnie posted about Bailee Ann's first date. The humorous video shows Bunnie wondering how Bailee grew up so fast. She and her sisters also start grilling Bailee about her date.
Bunnie posted an update saying Baillee's date was a success. The concerned stepmom then jokingly went on the internet for more info.
She wrote, "When the date went so well now you're lurking his entire lineage, birth chart & grandfather's house on Google Satellite"
