Justin Moore Is A Fan Of All Sports, Except These 2 Popular Ones

Justin Moore enjoys watching almost all sports, except two popular ones. Moore reveals that he is happy to spend hours in front of a TV, as long as two specific sports aren't on the screen.

"Football is probably my favorite sport to watch, but I'm a fan of every sport," Moore admits. "I can watch any sport, with the exception of maybe soccer and hockey. I just can't get into those. You know, growing up in the South, those weren't too big."

Fortunately for Moore, there are plenty of other options for him, even if he doesn't like soccer and hockey.

"Basketball season, in particular, college basketball, I'm a big fan of," he says. I" love watching golf. And then, you know, NASCAR, I'm a huge fan of."

The One Part Of His Job That Justin Moore Still Hates

Moore has plenty of time to watch his favorite sports when he is on his bus. It's also his preferred method of traveling, since the Arkansas native reveals he really, really hates flying.

"I hate flying. I thought when you got into this business, you just got on a tour bus and went," Moore acknowledges.

When Moore started his country music career, he had no idea how much time he would have to spend in the sky.

"I never realized there was the amount of flying that is involved," Moore concedes. "I've told people this in the past and they don't believe me, but it's true. Had I known that, I probably wouldn't have done it."

"It literally has taken years off my life from stress," he adds. "I mean, I'm the one that shakes my leg the whole time. I've gotten better over the years, but I still don't enjoy it."

Moore might hate flying, but he prefers commuting from his home to Nashville, about a six-hour drive, than living in Music City.

"It's cost me things in my career," Moore says on the God's Country podcast. "Awards, probably tours. But I don't give a sh-t to be honest with you. I want my kids, 20 years from now, to go, 'Dad was here. He was here and he made us the priority.'"
