Afterwards, his son Trace pleads with Billy Ray Cyrus to go get help. He explains that it came to a point where he and the family didn't recognize him. "Since my earliest memories all I can remember is being obsessed with you and thinking you were the coolest person ever. I wanted to be just like you. The day you adopted me was the happiest day of my life. Sadly the man that I wanted so desperately to be just like I barely recognize now. It seems this world has beaten you down and it's become obvious to everyone but you," Trace Cyrus says.
Then, Billy Ray allegedly threatens to sue his son over his words on Instagram. Meanwhile, Miley is doing her best to avoid the situation entirely and doesn't want to patch things up with her dad at all. It's a messy situation with the fractured Cyrus family. Now, Billy Ray is seemingly trying to get some of his family back on his side after all the damage.
Billy Ray Cyrus Sends Love to His Daughters on Instagram After Messy Family Drama
Recently, Billy Ray posted on Instagram, writing an incredibly emotional, heartfelt caption to his daughters Noah and Miley. They pair together to enter into new eras in their artistry and Billy Ray is going out of his way to support them in their endeavors. "Holy s---. I seldom ever swear in my post but this deserves one! You are witnessing in real time what it feels like for a Dad who with in less than one [week's] time has had his ass kicked and his mind blown by not one ...but two of his own daughters," Billy Ray Cyrus writes.
"Flesh and blood... completely taking their art to a whole new level. Congratulations girls! Well done," he continues. "I'm so damn proud of both of you. I'm actually crying as I write this. Thank God you can't see me. Have fun now and be happy! Love Dad."
It's unlikely Miley Cyrus will send any love back his way. However, Noah has been pretty vocal in her support towards her dad. The family drama may never truly be resolved but maybe Billy Ray can find solace in having some of his family's support.
