This is according to a new report from The Sun, which claims that the 59-year-old actress sparked a romance with the Achy Breaky Heart singer after his messy divorce from Firerose in August 2024.

Elizabeth Hurley Reportedly Helped Billy Ray Through Divorce
As this report suggests, 63-year-old Billy Ray wouldn't have gotten out of this divorce smoothly if it weren't for Hurley. The two met while filming in 2022 for the movie Christmas in Paradise, their two characters having a romance. It was only when Billy Ray's third marriage was falling apart that the duo reconnected, sources claim.
"Liz has been keeping the whole thing under wraps and has barely told anyone," said the source to the outlet. "She wanted to make sure there was really something special between them before telling the world."
The couple revealed their relationship on Easter weekend, sharing an Instagram photo of the Gossip Girl actress and Billy Ray. "Happy Easter," she wrote with a heart emoji.
There was allegedly always something between them, even before they reconnected. "There has always been a spark," the source continued. "But he reached out again last year when his short-lived third marriage ended."
The source also claimed that Billy Ray was struggling during his difficult divorce. "He has had a really hard time, but she has been there helping him turn things around," they said.
It's no surprise that his break-up with 36-year-old Firerose has been hard on him. The cracks began to show when Billy Ray fumbled his inauguration performance. On top of that, there's been a ton of family drama.
His most famous daughter, Miley Cyrus, has not been in speaking terms with him. He also allegedly threatened legal action against his son in January, making this a complicated situation all around.
Still, Hurley seemed to have a feeling she could change Billy Ray for the better. "She insists he has turned a corner and is a changed man," the source claimed.
She has also allegedly encouraged the country singer to fix his relationship with his children. "Liz has been encouraging him to mend his fractured relationship with his daughter Miley, as well as his other children," said a source.
With the divorce finally settled in August 2024, it seems Billy Ray and his new lover have found some peace. Perhaps this newfound relationship will help him rekindle his lost relationship with Miley and his other kin.
