Kid Rock vs Bruce Springsteen, huh? Gee, I wonder who would win that one. Once again, the Michigan rap-rock republican hybrid finds himself lashing out at people over Donald Trump. First, it was the broader, general media for not caring about his dinner with the U.S. president. It was one, big long, exhausting tirade on Instagram first. Then, he proceeded to moon a camera like a toddler throwing a temper tantrum. Kid Rock doesn't seem to handle opposition like a normal person. It's not surprising he's trying to take on The Boss now too.

Recently, Springsteen opened up his tour in Manchester, England. There, he spoke to the crowd about 'dangerous times' we're living in, particularly back in America. It's the kind of graceful call to arms, Kid Rock isn't particularly great at doing. "In my home, the America I love, the America I've written about, and has been a beacon of hope and liberty for 250 years, is currently in the hands of a corrupt, incompetent and treasonous administration. Tonight, we ask all who believe in democracy and the best of our American experience to rise with us, raise your voices against the authoritarianism, and let freedom ring," Springsteen says.
Kid Rock Trashes Bruce Springsteen's Criticism Over Trump Administration
Consequently, Trump's biggest celebrity fan went on Fox News to defend the president and the state of the United States. "Bruce Springsteen's another one of these liberals who has mountains of money that so desperately wants to keep his good standing in the eyes of Hollywood and the elite, but plays like this working class guy. His politics are so a**-backwards. Just stay in Europe, Bruce. Have fun," Kid Rock scoffs.
Then, he says that Springsteen has "Trump Derangement Syndrome" and essentially calls him a cosplayer. "I mean to be in Europe talking junk about our president that gets up and works his a** off for this country every day, and this administration is doing such great things, I mean thank God for 'em. But to do that in Europe? What a punk move," Kid Rock continues. "This guy's got what, $500 million, a billion dollars, and is out there playing like he's a working class hero? And really to me just wants to be in good standings with the Hollywood elite."
He concludes his television rant by propping up a different musical icon instead. "Bruce Springsteen's made some good songs, I'll give him that. Bob Seger smokes him any day of the week in my book," Kid Rock says.
